I can't log into the app - HELP!

Sometimes it can feel like nothing works - heres a few tips on how to resolve the issues you may have.

Step 1
Make sure you have a internet connection that works. If you are connected to a WiFi try to connect via 3G/4G instead.

Step 2
Make sure you have the latest version of the app download - To make sure of this go to your appstore and see if you have any updates pending.


Step 3
Try to force close the app and then open the app again

Step 4
Try to empty the buffer data on your android phone

Step 5
Turn the phone on and off

Step 6
Delete the Stepifi App and download it again from your app store.
