How do you as a admin get the info that someone has worked more or less than planned?
The preferred way is through the app – the resource has sent you a chat message letting you know.
I could be creative here, but most likely the resources have told you directly.
So, now you need to change the hours the resource have worked.
Log into admin.stepifi.com
Go into the request (click on the request in the request overview)
Scroll down to: Edit attendance and time
Choose the resource (there could be several resources)
Choose: Enter actual hours
Enter the correct total amount
Click: Confirm
Now, both the resource and the booker will get a push notification regarding the edit of the hours worked.
